Week Without Violence shines light on problem

Extra attention is being drawn this week to the problem of domestic violence in Topeka, but for those who work at the YWCA's Center for Safety and Empowerment, it is an issue that gets dealt with 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
