Police block off stretch of S.E. Branner Trafficway after motorcycle crash

Topeka police late Friday had S.E. Branner Trafficway blocked off from its Interstate 70 exit ramp north to its intersection with S.E. Washington Street as they investigated a traffic accident reported to have occurred before 10:30 p.m.
