NOTO Burrito, coffee shop offering delivery service

NOTO Burrito has not only added a coffee shop to its restaurant, it is also offering delivery. "My main passion is people supporting local (businesses)," owner Jenny Torrence said. "That's a good chunk of why we're doing the delivery.
