Kiev's Offer to Strip Russia of Veto Power 'Undermines UN Principles'
Ukraine’s proposal to deprive Russia of veto power in the UN Security Council (UNSC) is not tenable and undermines the key principles of the United Nations, Russian State Duma international affairs chair Leonid Slutsky said Wednesday.
